1. Your rights
You retain the rights you hold in your creation. Publication does not transfer ownership to the publisher. You must be entitled to share your contributions. Do not publish unlawful copies, another person's personal information or content infringing third-party rights. Brand names do not grant permission.
2. Sharing permission
By confirming publication under this version, you grant a free, non-exclusive permission in countries where the Workshop is available: - to the operator to host, back up, display, make previews of and transmit the creation to operate the game and its Workshop; - to players to download, build, modify and republish the creation and its adaptations within the Atelier Briques Workshop. This covers your contributions and rights you are entitled to grant. It does not independently permit resale outside the Workshop or separate sale of your creation by the operator.
3. Attribution and adaptations
When republishing, include the original author's display name and the source title or identifier in the title or creation information, and describe your changes. Do not claim exclusive authorship of somebody else's work. Automatic lineage is not yet guaranteed by the game; manual adaptations must also comply.
4. Third-party resources
Licences for parts, models, fonts and other third-party resources still apply, including the Creative Commons licences identified in the credits. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licences or allow you to grant rights you do not hold.
5. Withdrawal and complaints
You may withdraw a publication from the catalogue within the game. For verified data erasure or a rights complaint, contact the operator with the creation and reasons, never a login token. The operator may remove reported content after review and restrict access in case of abuse. Withdrawal does not instantly erase downloaded copies, previously authorised adaptations or technical backups. Permissions granted for lawfully obtained copies continue to apply.
6. Access and versions
Online Workshop access is limited to admitted accounts aged 13 or over; local building remains available. The service may be interrupted for maintenance and is not guaranteed archival storage: retain your originals. This version applies to publications explicitly confirmed under it. Earlier publications retain their original rights notice; merely viewing or downloading them does not apply these terms. Each new publication requires a new confirmation.
